RETURN POLICY

Our services are governed by distinct policies, prioritizing your satisfaction and providing a stress-free experience. Recognizing the inherent challenges of event planning, we aim to alleviate any additional stress.

Each service type entails specific policies outlined at the time of purchase.

 

Workshops can be canceled up to 48 hours before the event with a 100% refund. Within 48 hours, a 50% retention of the workshop cost applies. No-shows for any service are non-refundable, but we are flexible for rescheduling based on your needs.

Please note that event design themes, e-books, bundles, and courses are non-refundable due to the nature of our products. We understand this may raise concerns, but we are here to address any queries or customize options to meet your preferences. If you have questions about themes or wish to mix and match colors, feel free to reach out via email – we're eager to assist!
